As a Junior Video Editor, you will support the creative and marketing teams by assisting in the production of engaging and high-quality video content. This role is ideal for individuals building their careers in video production and editing, providing hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful visual stories for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling final videos for campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

• Post-Production Enhancements: Apply color correction, sound design, transitions, graphics, and visual effects to elevate video quality.

• Storytelling: Collaborate with creative teams to craft narratives that effectively communicate the brand's message.

• Audio Integration: Clean up audio, sync voiceovers, and add background music or sound effects to enhance storytelling.

• Asset & File Management: Organize, archive, and maintain video project files, raw footage, and stock assets for efficient workflows.

• Feedback Implementation: Revise edits based on team and stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all video output aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and style.

• Innovation: Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and emerging tools to continuously improve content quality.Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.

Requirements
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects).
Basic knowledge of sound editing tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition preferred).
Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
