We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior US IT Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US clients, sourcing IT talent, and handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements. You will work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to deliver top-quality candidates within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
US-based IT roles
.
Source candidates through
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
.
Screen resumes and conduct initial evaluations of candidates' technical skills and experience.
Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms and understand US recruitment processes.
Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for timely feedback.
Maintain daily activity reports and update ATS/CRM systems.
Build strong professional relationships with candidates for long-term engagement.
Work closely with senior team members to understand client requirements clearly.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for shortlisted candidates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field (HR preferred).
2-3 years of experience in
US IT recruitment
.
Familiarity with US time zones, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT), and employment terms.
Strong sourcing skills using US job boards.
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Good negotiation skills and understanding of market rates.
Basic knowledge of IT terminologies and technologies.
