Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Translate

product requirements, wireframes, and UX designs

into responsive and interactive user interfaces. Develop clean, semantic, and scalable front-end code using

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap

. Implement

responsive designs

using Flexbox, Grid layouts, media queries, and breakpoint strategies. Work closely with UX designers and product teams to understand

user journeys, storyboards, and process flows

. Create and iterate on

wireframes, prototypes, and low/high-fidelity designs

using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Ensure consistency with

UX principles, design systems, and brand guidelines

. Analyze user behavior and feedback to suggest UX improvements (knowledge of heatmaps and user activity tracking is a plus). Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Troubleshoot and resolve commonly found UI/UX issues in live environments. Participate in design reviews, sprint discussions, and usability evaluations. Document UI components, UX decisions, and front-end best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

. Proficiency in

Bootstrap

(mandatory strong knowledge of v3, v4 & v5). Good understanding of

CSS fundamentals

Working knowledge of

jQuery and commonly used jQuery libraries

. Experience using

wireframing and prototyping tools

such as

Figma or Adobe XD

. Ability to convert wireframes and designs into functional UI components.

UX & Design Skills:

Conceptual and hands-on understanding of

UX principles

with experience on live projects. Ability to understand

product specifications, user journeys, and workflows

. Experience creating

storyboards, wireframes, and process flows

. Basic understanding of

user behavior analysis

and usability patterns (heatmaps knowledge is a plus).

Soft Skills:

Strong

analytical and logical thinking

. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to learning, improvement, and delivery timelines.

Nice to Have (Optional):

Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
