UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing

UI/UX for web and mobile applications

. Develop

wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

based on user needs. Conduct

user research and usability testing

to refine designs. Collaborate with

developers, product managers, and stakeholders

to ensure seamless execution. Maintain

design consistency

and follow UI/UX best practices. Stay updated with

industry trends and emerging technologies

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

.
? Strong understanding of

User-Centered Design (UCD) principles

.
? Experience in

creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

.
? Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

(preferred but not mandatory).
? Ability to

interpret business requirements

into user-friendly designs.
? Excellent

communication and teamwork

skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

? Experience with

motion graphics & animations

.
? Knowledge of

accessibility standards

and

responsive design

.
? Experience working in

Agile development environments

.
