Job Summary:

As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our AI-powered products. You'll turn complex data and machine learning outcomes into clean, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to conceptualize, design, and iterate on features that make artificial intelligence feel approachable and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and elegant user interfaces for AI-driven web and mobile applications. Translate abstract concepts and AI model outputs into clear, understandable user experiences. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand technical constraints and opportunities. Design for data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and visualizations in a way that's both functional and delightful. Ensure designs follow accessibility and inclusive design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (startup or tech-focused environment preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web and/or mobile products. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with AI or data-driven products is a strong plus. Ability to work in a lean, agile environment with shifting priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with developers to implement designs (basic HTML/CSS/React knowledge a plus). Understanding of designing for trust in AI systems (transparency, interpretability, explainability). Interest in human-computer interaction, behavioral design, or ethical AI.
