We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Travel Operations Executive to support our travel operations team. The role involves coordinating travel itineraries, managing bookings, handling documentation, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about the travel industry, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel itineraries for individual and group clients.
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related services through GDS/supplier portals.
Support operations for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), including vendor coordination and on-ground arrangements.
Handle travel documentation such as visas, insurance, and ticket confirmations.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to confirm bookings and manage last-minute changes.
Maintain accurate client and booking records in the CRM system.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for the operations team.
Provide real-time updates and resolve operational challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in travel operations, customer service, or related field (internship experience acceptable).
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus preferred) and travel documentation processes.
Strong communication skills (email, phone, and client-facing).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle last-minute changes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
