, you will assist clients with their travel needs, ensuring smooth arrangements and top-quality customer service. You'll handle bookings, suggest itineraries, and coordinate travel logistics with vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
domestic bookings
(flights, hotels, transport) and occasional international trips.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and create ideal travel itineraries.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a
customer-first approach
.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for confirmations and timely updates.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
Ensure clients enjoy smooth, end-to-end travel experiences.
Who Can Apply
Experience:
6 months - 1 year in travel operations, ticketing, or customer service (Travel Industry).
Knowledge:
Good understanding of Indian tourist destinations; basic international routing is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication in English/Hindi, problem-solving attitude, multitasking ability.
Bonus:
Familiarity with travel tools or GDS (preferred but not mandatory).
Education:
Graduates or Diploma holders in
