Customer is looking for a Technical Program Manager with 3-4 years of experience in the telecom domain to manage delivery of IT projects. Needs to be able to collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and program managers to ensure accurate implementation.

Key Skills:

Program/project management (Agile/Waterfall)

Knowledge of GSM/CRM basics

Familiarity with OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing systems

Exposure to network elements (HLR, EPC, RAN)

Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver telecom programs

Coordinate across network, IT, and business teams

Manage risks, timelines, and vendor interactions

Translate technical details into business outcomes
