About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Ticketing Expert to join our dynamic travel operations team. The

ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of airline reservation systems and

portals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. This role requires speed,

accuracy, and the ability to provide seamless ticketing services to clients while ensuring

compliance with company and airline policies.

Key Responsibilities

? Issue, re-issue, and cancel airline tickets using GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, or

equivalent).

? Reach out to leads, follow up on inquiries, initiate customer conversations to convert

them into bookings, and actively bring in outside leads and personal references.

? Accurately handle airline quotes, fares, commands, and booking processes.

? Manage and operate online booking portals efficiently for reservations and ticket

issuance.

? Assist in preparing quotations, itineraries, and travel-related documents for clients.

? Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and MS Office tools.

? Ensure prompt communication with clients and internal teams regarding ticketing

queries.

? Provide convincing solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat

business.

? Work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and speed in service delivery.

? Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for fare rules, schedule changes, and

refunds.

? Adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Experience

? Familiarity with both B2B and B2C ticketing processes.

? Minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Travel & Tourism / Aviation /

Hospitality.

? Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre preferred).

? Strong knowledge of airline fares, commands, ticketing policies, and procedures.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

? Good communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).

? Ability to convince customers with effective problem-solving skills.

? Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet

deadlines.

? Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in ticketing and reporting.

? A dynamic personality with eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
