Job Summary
We are seeking a
Junior Therapist
to assist in delivering professional skin, body, and wellness treatments. You will support senior therapists, ensure client comfort, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic facial treatments, clean-ups, and skin consultations under supervision.
Assist senior therapists with advanced procedures and therapies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area.
Educate clients about post-treatment care and home skincare routines.
Ensure all equipment is sterilized and in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.
Build rapport with clients to promote repeat visits and client retention.
Participate in regular training and skill development sessions.
Support the front desk during peak hours if needed (e.g., appointment booking or welcoming clients).
Requirements
Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong training are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatments and technologies.
Pleasant personality with a client-first attitude.
Basic understanding of skincare products and ingredients is a plus.
