Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and execution of test cases for validating data flows, transformations, and reports.
Perform data validation and verification using SQL and other tools.
Identify data inconsistencies, missing values, and quality issues across datasets.
Support testing activities related to data integration, migration, and ETL pipelines.
Work with the Data Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
Document test results and maintain clear records of testing activities.
Participate in QA reviews, stand-up meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in data testing, QA, or related internships/projects.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and grow in a data-focused environment.
Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., Python).
Understanding of data warehouses, ETL processes, or cloud platforms.
