Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repair:

Assisting with routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems.

Diagnostic Testing:

Conducting basic diagnostic tests to identify potential issues.

Following Instructions:

Adhering to technical instructions, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.

Documentation:

Recording findings, completing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Troubleshooting:

Assisting in identifying and resolving technical problems under the guidance of senior technicians.

Learning and Development:

Gaining experience and knowledge in the field through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and industry regulations.

Basic Technical Support:

Providing support to users or clients on basic technical issues.

Inventory Management:

Assisting with the management of equipment, tools, and spare parts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of relevant technical systems and equipment, troubleshooting techniques.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues under supervision.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly communicate technical information and follow instructions.

Attention to Detail:

Education:

Experience:

Entry-level or with limited experience, typically working under the supervision of senior technicians.
