Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dedicated female candidates to join our team as Operators and Junior Technicians in our state-of-the-art electronic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to work in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain electronic assembly machines and equipment.

Perform quality checks and ensure product standards are met.

Support production line activities and adhere to safety protocols.

Maintain cleanliness and efficiency on the shop floor.

Work in shifts as per the production schedule.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹18,000 per month

Take Home: ₹14,850 per month

Work Schedule:

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: 1 day

Shift Timings:

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Ideal Candidate:

Freshers or candidates with prior experience in manufacturing preferred

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Pay: ₹14,590.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
