Overview:

CNH Industrial is a leading global capital goods company specialized in both on and off-highway applications. CNH Industrial India operates across three manufacturing sites, producing agricultural equipment in Greater Noida and Pune and construction equipment in Pithampur; two R&D centers, 12 training centers, two depots and a Technology Center; and CNH Industrial Capital, the financial services arm of the business which provides equipment financing solutions for its Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, CASE and New Holland Construction brand product portfolio.

The CNH Industrial India Technology Center, newly established in Gurgaon as part of the Company's global R&D network, will work on multiple products across segments and engineering disciplines. It will support not only the business development in India, but also the global product portfolio of the Company.

Job Purpose: -

This person will be responsible for electronic component assembly, soldering, wiring harness creation and supporting Engineer's day to day needs. This position will also be responsible for managing the laboratory needs like maintain Bill of Material, calibration of electronic measurement tools etc.

Additionally, this person will be doing Vendor coordination for test box creation and procurements, Coordination for hardware procurements, shipment etc. and Managing the inventory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

This position needs to have the following:

• Hands-on experience in Active, Passive components

• Good experience in populating and soldering PCBs with SMD components

• Experience working with switches, relays, sensors etc.

• Experience with interpreting schematics

• Experience creating simple to complex wiring harness for test setups

• Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic systems

• Sourcing replacement parts for electronic systems

• Maintaining Bill of Material (BoM)

• Perform Quality Checks

• Laboratory (Lab) management

• Collaborate with engineers on technical tasks

• Good verbal and written communication

• Requirement creation ((PERF, PA and coordination for PO) for lab material

Qualifications -

Diploma in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical Engg

Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in any electronics/embedded software development or manufacturing organization

Good knowledge of basic electronics

Trained to perform Quality Checks based on IPC Standards (Preferable)

Hands on Experience with electronic measurement instruments such as Multimeter, Oscilloscope etc.

Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Email's)

Process knowledge, proactive skills

Complete tasks within defined timelines with minimum supervision
