We are seeking a proactive self-starter to join our team in Bengaluru as a Junior Resource. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional with

1-3 years

of experience who excels in documentation, communication, and process visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear and concise

SOPs, user manuals, orientation plans

, and

technical documentation

.
Maintain and update a central

knowledge base

.
Visualize processes by creating

flow charts

and on-paper depictions of complex workflows, seeing the

broader picture

Required Skills:

Excellent

communication

and

technical writing

abilities.
Strong proficiency in

MS Office

and

MS Visio

(or relevant process mapping tools).
Familiarity with ticket management tools like

ServiceNow
