Job Overview

The

Junior Technical Trainer

will play a key role in delivering

basic-level training programs

on

Robotics, AI, STEM, and Coding

in schools. This role is ideal for

freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience

who are eager to gain practical exposure in

technical training

and

STEM education

.

The

primary focus

of this role is

assisting senior trainers

, conducting

introductory-level sessions

, and

supporting students

with hands-on learning activities. Candidates with

basic knowledge

in

at least one or two technical domains

such as Robotics, Electronics, Programming, or AI are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTraining Support & Classroom Engagement

Assist

Senior Technical Trainers

in conducting robotics and STEM training sessions in schools. Deliver

fundamental-level

workshops on Robotics, AI, and Coding for school students. Simplify

basic technical concepts

for younger learners and engage them in hands-on activities. Monitor student participation and assist them in understanding technical exercises.

Technical Skills & Hands-on Learning

Junior trainers will focus on

one or more of the following technical areas

based on their expertise:

Basic Robotics & Electronics

- Understanding simple circuits, sensors, and motors.

Programming Fundamentals

- Introducing block-based coding (Scratch) and basic Python/Arduino programming.

3D Designing & Prototyping

- Introduction to CAD tools and simple robotic designs.

Artificial Intelligence & IoT Basics

- Teaching AI concepts like image recognition and simple IoT applications.

STEM-Based Problem Solving

- Helping students apply math and science principles in practical projects.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with

Senior Technical Trainers

to improve delivery methods and learning outcomes. Coordinate with the

Training, Business Development, and Operations teams

to ensure smooth execution of training programs. Provide

feedback

to senior trainers regarding student performance and engagement.

Technical & Logistical Support

Assist in setting up robotics labs and

managing training kits

during sessions. Provide

basic troubleshooting

for microcontrollers, sensors, and coding errors. Help maintain training materials and student progress reports.

Event & Workshop Participation

Represent RoboPleX in

school events, STEM fairs, and interactive workshops.

Engage with students and teachers to create awareness about

Robotics & STEM education.

Stay updated on new developments in Robotics and Coding to

enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications & SkillsEducational Background

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or any STEM-related field.

Candidates with STEM-based

certifications

or

internship experience

will be given preference.

Technical Skills (Basic Knowledge in at Least One or Two)

Programming:

Familiarity with

Scratch, Python, or Arduino

for robotics applications.

Robotics & Electronics:

Basic understanding of microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and sensors.

3D Designing:

Exposure to CAD tools like Tinkercad or Fusion 360.

Artificial Intelligence & IoT:

Basic understanding of AI concepts and simple IoT applications.

Soft Skills & Training Abilities

Strong

communication skills

with the ability to simplify technical concepts. Passion for

teaching and mentoring school students

in an interactive environment. Ability to work in

team-based environments

with

senior trainers and school authorities.

Preferred Experience

0-1 year of experience

in STEM training, robotics education, or technical teaching. Internship or

academic projects in Robotics, AI, or STEM-based problem solving.

Prior experience in

mentoring students or participating in STEM-related competitions.
