Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve software/system issues via phone, email, or chat.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
Log, prioritize, and track all technical issues.
Escalate unresolved problems to internal teams.
Provide timely updates, reports, and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in BCA/BSc-IT/BA or related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of helpdesk tools; quick learner with multitasking ability.
Good phone etiquette, patience, and ability to work under time limits.
