Technical Recruiter

Responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and cybersecurity roles.
Opportunity to learn complete end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Assist in screening resumes and matching profiles as per job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Support in job postings and social media hiring campaigns.
Learn and understand technical job roles like Developers, Network Engineers, SOC Analysts, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience during all recruitment stages.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT terms and technologies (training will be provided).
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree (HR, IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred).
Experience
0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply).
Internship experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
