We are seeking a Junior Technical Consultant with 5 years or less QAD technical experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in understanding customer requirements, taking direction and delivering customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing:
- Extract and load data using Excel integration and QAD CIM Load tools.
- Develop & modify QAD Reporting Framework (QRF) forms.
- Develop and modify browses in QAD using Browse Maintenance.
- Deliver technical consulting within the budgeted time while ensuring quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
- Manage assigned technical related Customer Support tickets, including timely follow up and resolution of issues, updating status and time consumed as necessary.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships and delivering billable technical consulting services.
- Deliver billable technical consulting services in the areas of data migration, QRF forms, browses and customizations.
Qualifications found in the ideal candidate:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management and size of group.
- Experience with PROGRESS OpenEdge.
- Understand QAD tables and fields relationships.
- Experience with developing QAD QRF forms & browses.
- 2 to 5 years of QAD experience
This is a full-time employment position. Dependent on relevant experience, this position could become a Sr. Technical Consultant. Candidates will work remotely and can live anywhere in India.
