Junior Kitchen Faculty
who will support our culinary professors in day-to-day training activities and also conduct classes when required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to build a career in culinary teaching and training while working with an established hospitality education brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior culinary professors during practical and theory sessions.
Prepare ingredients, equipment, and kitchen setup for training sessions.
Guide and supervise students during practical classes, ensuring proper technique and hygiene.
Conduct classes independently for culinary students when required.
Assist in designing lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and assessments.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the training kitchen.
Support in academic and administrative responsibilities related to the culinary department.
Stay updated with current culinary trends and techniques to enhance teaching quality.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management or equivalent.
0-2 years of industry or teaching experience (freshers with strong culinary knowledge may apply).
Strong practical knowledge of international and Indian cuisines.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and guide students with patience and professionalism.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and culinary excellence.
