Onboarding
Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and access to get started remotely.
Conduct virtual orientations and ensure smooth integration into teams.
Collect and maintain all required documentation (contracts, ID, tax forms).
Employee Progress & Performance Monitoring
Track employee progress through regular reports.
Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly work updates and task completion.
Attendance Management
Monitor remote employee attendance, work hours, and time-off requests.
Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Support & Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries.
Assist remote employees with onboarding, tools, policies, and concerns.
