Position : JR. Talent Acquisition



Key Responsibility



Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify open positions and determine the specific requirements for each role. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and compatibility with the company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring managers. Verify candidates' references and background information to ensure accuracy and reliability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress. Assist in drafting job descriptions and creating compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates. Liaise with hiring managers and team leads to gather insights into the requirements and expectations for each position. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices to enhance the hiring process's quality

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
