Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior System Administrator to join our growing IT team. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual with foundational knowledge in IT systems and a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional IT environment. The Junior System Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical assistance to our internal users. Key Responsibilities:

System Monitoring & Maintenance:

Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and assist in troubleshooting. Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks. Assist in managing and maintaining server hardware and software.

User Support & Helpdesk:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate complex issues to senior system administrators or relevant teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in an IT support role or related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.
