Identify individual and team skills gaps Ensure new hires take on required training courses as required by the clients and ITC.( GDPR, QCPA & Coursera ) Liaise with clients for further process and training development. Assess the impact of each individual on performance and client satisfaction. Maintain updated records of training curricula and material. Get the new hires on boarded to the process and get all required access.
