Data Centre Operations - Captive: Operating systems: Dos 6.22,Windows 98 / XP/ Vista / Win 7/ Win 8 / Win 10 / Win 2007 server Applications: Micro Soft Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016 (word, excel & PowerPoint) Web Browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox) Email Clients (MS Outlook, Outlook Express, mobile devices based outlook clients). Infosec technologies and protocols, Firewall and Proxy based troubleshooting, RDP and SSH tools Understanding of IOS, Mac based application installation and basic troubleshooting. Identifying Network bottle Necks with Monitoring through NPMs ( Solarwinds, Scrutinizer). Troubleshooting Communication Devices and Peripherals like Printers, Barcode Scanner, to support daily operation
