Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve system-related issues.
Assist in maintaining network security, antivirus updates, and system backups.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Support installation and configuration of operating systems and applications.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement.
Assist in server maintenance, user account creation, and access control.
Ensure timely updates, patches, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field (or equivalent). Diplomo /ITI also eligible
0-2 years of experience in system administration or desktop support.
Basic understanding of Windows/Linux OS, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Active Directory, firewall basics, and backup tools (added advantage).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
