We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations across our office and production setup in Aundh, Pune. This role focuses on system maintenance, data safety, equipment handling, and basic user support for new and existing team members.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain desktops, laptops, HDDs, SSDs, and peripheral devices Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and essential software Manage antivirus, backups, data security, and access controls Handle camera equipment including basic upkeep, storage, and issue reporting Assist new joinees with system setup, logins, tools, and basic IT orientation Maintain IT inventory including hardware, software licenses, and accessories Keep clear logs for device allocation, returns, repairs, and replacements Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, or replacements when required Ensure smooth day-to-day IT support with minimal downtime

Required skills and knowledge:

Basic understanding of Windows and macOS systems Familiarity with common software tools and antivirus solutions Comfortable handling camera gear and related accessories Basic networking knowledge is a plus Good documentation and record-keeping habits Ability to explain technical things simply to non-technical users

Experience and qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration preferred IT diploma or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered
