We are looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator to support the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-hosted and on-premise systems. The role involves assisting senior administrators in system operations, deployments, and user support while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the basic administration and monitoring of cloud-hosted and on-premise systems. Support in deploying and configuring new user accounts, devices, and software under supervision. Support in deploying code by developers Knowledge in AWS Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or issues to senior administrators. Help with scheduled backups, restorations, and verification of backup logs. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patch installations, and health checks. Assist with setting up and installing hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Respond to user support requests and provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Follow standard procedures and documentation provided by senior team members. Maintain records and documentation related to system configurations, licenses, and support activities. Support the team in ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of systems and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of system administration concepts Working knowledge of AWS is an advantage Understanding of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals Good documentation and communication skills Willingness to learn and work under guidance
