Role Overview
We are seeking a
junior- System Administrator
to maintain and troubleshoot systems, servers, and networks used by our architecture and design teams. The role involves supporting design software installations, maintaining performance, and ensuring uninterrupted digital workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and servers used by design and operations teams.
Install, configure, and maintain software like
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
.
Manage user access, data backups, and network configurations.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and system performance issues.
Assist in maintaining IT inventory, licenses, and security compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and internal users for timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Requirements:
Qualification
: Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certification
:
CCNA / MCSE (preferred)
or equivalent technical knowledge.
Experience
: 2-3 years in IT helpdesk or system administration.
Exposure to supporting design or creative tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and IT support ticketing systems.
Good communication and customer interaction skills.
Documentation
: Accuracy in maintaining IT logs, support tickets, and inventory records.
