We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our Bangalore office and support all IT-related activities for Secuserve. The role involves maintaining internal systems, assisting with deployments, supporting field operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a clear understanding of Secuserve's business profile and the IT requirements of its customers.
Learn and support software solutions provided by our principal company, including CBT-related tools, installation processes, and configurations.
Configure, maintain, and upgrade internal IT systems and network infrastructure.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Work closely with and supervise the Operations team for IT-related tasks.
Assist in installation and configuration of servers, devices, firewalls, and other IT assets.
Monitor performance and health of servers, applications, and hardware.
Support smooth deployment of new applications and updates.
Maintain and update technical documentation regularly.
Travel to other locations when required (travel arrangements and support will be provided by the company).
Participate in mandatory quarterly travel to CISF locations for the next 5 years as part of planned operational requirements.

Basic understanding of system administration, networks, and IT infrastructure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
