About the Role:

• Manages the Optimal Stock distribution of finished products within National Warehouses from factory and multiple stock locations to achieve required Service Levels to the customers
• Accountable for Weekly Inventory review for all Stock keeping units and planning production requests to all the supplying Plants through APO
• Provides the analysis of logistic network and transportation constraints to anticipate the risk of not accomplishing demand by working closely with the Industrial Supply Chain and Commercial Network team

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manages optimal distribution and monitoring - right SKU, right warehouse at right time of stocks of finished products at Region India level

2. Accountable for Weekly Inventory review for all Stock keeping units and planning production requests to all the supplying Plants through APO

3. Manages the rebalancing of stocks between national warehouses at region level to ensure right stock coverage at all warehouses

4. Ensures strong collaboration with Plant Operating Planners of all Suppling plants to arrive at the best production plan to satisfy market needs while balancing the Production constraints

5. Proposes strategies for Inventory Optimization across the local network to reduce costs and improve the daily operations and strategies for Inventory Optimization within the Ferrero products and aligning the Target Stock Coverage with Area Operating Planning

6. Key point of contact for all Regional Sales teams on stock connectivity estimates, actively collaborates with Trade Marketing team to highlight opportunities / challenges in stock connectivity / liquidation

7. Regularly supervises the stock availability throughout the region network including the Direct delivery locations

8. Contributes to the Weekly Consensus meetings by highlighting distribution criticalities and cascading the information to Warehousing and Logistics teams

9. Drives the collaboration with the Customer Service team on prioritizing dispatches of finished products for urgent customer orders

10. Leads the review of logistics infrastructure availability by monitoring the alerts on demurrages, space constraints and incorporates the inputs in planning

11. Closely co-ordinates with Industrial Supply Chain team and Logistics team to ensure 100% vehicle placement compliance

12. Coordinates with Demand Planner to highlight constrained supplies vs unconstrained demand in S&OP meetings.

13. Manages and leads Continuous Improvement projects to improve efficiencies in Distribution planning and alignment of all stakeholders on the Obsolescence Cockpit for Packaging Materials while ensuring the decisions are taken on time

14. Builds and maintains relevant dashboards to review Performance vs Plan
