Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a small team of staff/workers.
Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and work quality.
Report daily progress to the Senior Supervisor/Manager.
Help in training and guiding new employees.
Maintain basic records of work, stock, or manpower.
Ensure company rules and safety guidelines are followed.
