Job Summary:

We are hiring a Junior Counselling Executive to support our senior counsellors in guiding students through their study abroad journey. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers or those with 6-12 months of experience in counselling or student services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior counsellors in handling student walk-ins and inquiries Provide basic information on courses, countries, and universities Maintain student records and follow up on pending documents or queries Schedule appointments and coordinate with the documentation team Support in organizing student orientation and information sessions Handle calls, WhatsApp, and email communications with students
Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Willingness to learn and grow in the overseas education industry Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, data entry) Friendly and approachable personality
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or pursuing final year Freshers welcome; prior experience in education counselling is a plus point.
