3] KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Data Entry and Accounting Management
? Performs accurate and timely data entry in Tally accounting software.
? Ensures all financial entries are properly coded and reconciled according to internal guidelines.
b. Excel Management
? Maintains and updates Excel sheets for all company credit card transactions.
? Prepares and manages any additional Excel-based reports as required by management.
c. Banking Transactions
? Prepares documentation for bank inward and outward remittances.
? Regularly updates and reconciles all bank statements to ensure accuracy.
d. Documentation and Filing
? Organizes and maintains both physical and digital filing systems for all accounting records.
? Ensures all documents are easily accessible for audits, statutory requirements, or management review.
e. Additional Support
? Assists senior accountants in reconciliations, tax filings, and compliance-related activities.
? Provides support for ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
? Contributes to improving financial processes and internal control procedures.
