We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to join our finance team. The Junior Accountant will assist with daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in ledgers and accounting systems. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and support bank-related activities. Prepare and post journal entries as required. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Handle petty cash and employee expense reimbursements. Visit banks and other offices for financial and administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards. Prepare accounting and financial reports for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience. Basic knowledge of accounting principles . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication and time management skills. Must have own bike and a valid driver's license.
