This is a

Speech Therapist

Aoura Speech and Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre

Undri, Pune

. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for

diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders

, developing

individualized therapy programs

, and

collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

to support individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing abilities Making AAC tools Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans Work with individuals having speech delay, language delay, articulation issues, fluency disorders, and developmental disorders Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists, and caregivers Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and progress reports Provide counseling and home program guidance to families and caregivers

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience (freshers with strong interest may apply) Interest in Speech Therapy -- training will be provided Degree in

Speech-Language Pathology

(BASLP) Valid license/registration to practice Quick learner, proactive, and strong communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
