Food Preparation:
Assist in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Supervision
: Oversee kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Menu Planning
: Plan & develop menus, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
Inventory Management
: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food and supply usage.
Health and Safety Compliance
: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Training and Development
: Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing support to junior chefs, ensuring they understand food safety practices and kitchen procedures.
