Le Royale Palace is looking for a
talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef
to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes in your assigned section (grill, saute, pastry, etc.)
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet hotel standards
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and commis chefs
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service
Follow recipes, portion controls, and cost management guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindse
Passion for high-quality cooking and presentation
Language Skills:
Tamil, English, and Hindi speakers strongly preferred
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
