Le Royale Palace is looking for a

talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef

to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare and cook dishes in your assigned section (grill, saute, pastry, etc.)
? Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet hotel standards
? Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and commis chefs
? Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations
? Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
? Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service
? Follow recipes, portion controls, and cost management guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindse
Passion for high-quality cooking and presentation

Language Skills:

Tamil, English, and Hindi speakers strongly preferred
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
