Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise kitchen staff during prep and service
Ensure consistency and high standards in food preparation and presentation
Assist the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations
Train junior chefs and maintain a collaborative kitchen environment
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience (North Indian/Continental/Asian cuisines preferred)
Prior experience as a CDP or Jr. Sous Chef
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passionate, punctual, and quality-driven
