Chef in Training (Full-Time)

Experience Requirement

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in

single-handed kitchen operations

(independent cooking). Experience in

Jain / Sattvic Vegetarian food

is

desirable but not mandatory

. Complete training on Vedantikala menus, processes, and standards will be provided.*

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner buffet items

as per defined menus and standard operating procedures. Work

independently

or

with assistance

when required. Maintain high standards of

cleanliness, hygiene, and food consistency

. Follow sattvic cooking principles and Vedantikala kitchen discipline.
Work Schedule

Break shifts

10 working hours per day

One weekday off

every week.

Must be a

teetotaler
