Evergreen Solar is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Solar Design Engineer. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate or fresher to start their career in the renewable energy sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role, and familiarity with SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software will be considered an additional advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and layout of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems under the guidance of senior engineers. Use AutoCAD to create and modify detailed engineering drawings and schematics. Collaborate with the design team to optimize system configurations for performance and efficiency. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather essential data for project planning. Assist in the preparation of technical reports, project proposals, and documentation. Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in solar energy design and engineering.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and designing solar PV systems. Familiarity with SketchUp or similar software for 3D modeling (preferred). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
