Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
Identify, record, and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla).
Perform regression testing and verify fixes.
Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Prepare test reports and documentation.
Ensure applications meet functional and design specifications before deployment.
Suggest process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation).
Hands-on experience with test management tools and bug-tracking systems.
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience testing web and mobile applications.
Basic knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries.
