Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Junior Software Tester

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on automation testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products while mentoring junior testers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks. Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and create effective test strategies. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Review and improve existing test cases and test plans to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation. Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for testing and automation. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and automation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
