Job Role & Responsibilites

We are looking for a QA Engineer with around 1 or 1 plus year of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to manual testing, basic understanding of API testing, and familiarity with the software development lifecycle along with bug tracking tools and Documentation.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality features and fixes

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and functional specifications Design and execute test cases and test scenarios and test Suite Perform

manual testing

of web and mobile applications across different environments. Participate in

functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

efforts Perform basic API testing using tools like Postman Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps. JIRA Etc Re-test bug fixes and support regression cycles Maintain test documentation and test reports Work and collaborate closely with developers and senior QA members Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in Manual Testing / QA Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals Strong understanding of

SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

and

STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)

Basic experience with API testing, Performance Testing. Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello etc.) Ability to write clear

test cases and defect reports

. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of

SQL

for database testing Effective verbal and written communication skills

Good to have Skills:

Exposure to

automation testing tools

like Selenium, Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

and version control systems (Git). Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
