Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Platform Configuration & Setup: + Learn and effectively configure the core modules, features, and settings of our workflow and DMS platform to align with specific client business processes.
+ Set up and customize user interfaces, forms, workflows, rules, and reports within the platform as per customer requirements.
Scripting & Customization: + Develop and implement custom scripts (e.g., using JavaScript, Python, or platform-specific scripting languages) to extend platform functionalities, automate tasks, and enhance user experience.
+ Assist in integrating the workflow platform with other client systems through APIs or other defined methods.
Requirements Understanding & Solution Design Support: + Collaborate with senior team members, business analysts, and clients to understand, document, and translate complex business requirements into technical configurations and solutions.
+ Participate in the design and optimization of workflows to improve efficiency and automation for financial processes.
Testing & Quality Assurance: + Perform thorough unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing of configured workflows and custom scripts to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
+ Support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: + Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals for implemented solutions.
+ Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting common issues, resolutions, and best practices.
Support & Troubleshooting: + Provide technical support during the implementation phase and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to platform configuration or custom scripts.
+ Collaborate with the development and support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
Continuous Learning & Development: + Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and self-learning initiatives to deepen expertise in our workflow platform, relevant technologies, and industry best practices.
+ Stay updated with new features and updates of the platform to leverage them for client solutions.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, Bsc(CS), Msc(CS).. BTech , Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (

Python, Java, JavaScript,

Vb Scripts etc.

). A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process consistency. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL. Understanding of application architectures, configuration-driven systems, and deployment models
