Job Title: Junior Software Functional Executive (Freshers / Experienced)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 0 - 3 Years
Industry: IT - Software / Software Services
Salary: INR 1,80,000 - 3,60,000 P.A.
Travel: Yes (Domestic and International)

Responsible for onsite and online software implementation, training, and coordination with clients.
Address and resolve customer queries related to software implementation.
Collaborate with Domain Consultants / Team Leaders to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Provide user training and ensure smooth deployment of software at customer sites.
Perform duties as assigned, commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility.
Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally for customer deployments.
Education
UG: Any Graduate (any specialization) with a fair understanding of IT applications.
PG: Any Postgraduate (any specialization).
Preferred: Candidates with a computer background (B.Sc, BCS, MCA, etc.) without coding experience.
Additional advantage for candidates with prior exposure to the healthcare industry or maintenance roles.
