Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Junior Social Media Strategist
to support our senior strategy team in developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have internship experience in social media, a good understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand communication, and a flair for creating engaging content.
This role is perfect for someone with a fun, creative personality, comfortable on camera, and excited to contribute to content creation for social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior strategists in building effective social media strategies for clients
Support in content planning, calendar drafting, and brainstorming campaigns
Create engaging, original, and platform-optimized content (photos, videos, reels, graphics)
Face the camera confidently for video content when required
Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to generate insights
Prepare client presentations, decks, and performance reports
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and copywriters for execution
Participate in client calls and help with basic client communication
Analyze platform insights and share recommendations for improvement
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, formats, and platform updates
Requirements
Must have internship experience in social media, strategy, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Good knowledge of brand communication, audience analysis, and campaign planning
Hands-on experience in content creation (photo/video/social media posts)
Comfortable on camera and confident in creating video content
Creative mindset with a fun, energetic personality
Comfortable making visually appealing presentations (Google Slides/Keynote/PPT)
Strong communication and basic client-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
