Now, we're looking for a creative mind who can translate our design philosophy into visually stunning and scroll-stopping Instagram Reels.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive

Junior Social Media Manager

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and editing videos optimized for digital audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Ideate and create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos Edit and produce high-quality videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar Write clear, on-brand captions and assist in maintaining brand voice Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy Track performance analytics and provide insights for improvement Coordinate with designers, photographers, and the marketing team to ensure timely content delivery Manage community engagement: replies, DMs, comments, and interactions Assist in building brand presence and strengthening online visibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in social media management Strong command over Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & trending digital formats Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva / Adobe tools is a plus) Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills Understanding of social media analytics and reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines A creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with influencer collaborations Knowledge of photography Understanding of paid ads / boosting Interest in interior design or luxury brands (if posting for Panache)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
