Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions.
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, reels, and videos.
Support the planning and execution of paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Research social trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
Contribute fresh ideas for client campaigns and social content calendars.
Requirements:
0.6 to 1 year of experience in a
digital marketing agency
(mandatory).
Solid understanding of all major social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
,
Canva
, and social analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
Experience in influencer marketing or social media reporting.
Salary Range:
?15,000 - ?22,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)
