The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase web traffic and conversions. The role involves creating creative content, managing social platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to execute effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) on all social platforms.
Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to optimize performance.
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics and ROI.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams for cohesive brand messaging.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.
Suggest and implement new ideas to grow the company's social media presence and brand reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Degree
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, social analytics tools, and advertising principles.
Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of the tools CANVA & ADOBE TOOLS.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
